Jefferson County Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital looking for a ARNP or Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist program. Providing medical care to patients in our inpatient unit with an average daily census of 15, the Hospitalist will autonomously function as patient’s primary provider. Will facilitate coordination and development of a comprehensive and individual plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, PCP and multidisciplinary team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two years of experience as a provider in hospital medicine
• Current ATLS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
