The Courtesy Van is available from your home in Jefferson County, including Richland & Birmingham, for an appointment at the Jefferson County Health Center, subject to availability. That includes the Dialysis Center, Physical Therapy, Rehab, JCHC Clinics, JCHC Professional Clinic and any other service performed on the Jefferson County Health Center campus.

Cost is $2.00 one way in Fairfield city limits and $3.00 one way out of Fairfield city limits.
